Phase 02

Explore the direction, then work through the materials and details.

We prepare the drawings and specifications included in our appointment. Responsibilities for procurement, approvals and contractor coordination are confirmed before the relevant work proceeds.

Support the work on site
Where site support is included, we review design queries and coordinate agreed details as the work progresses. The extent of visits, reviews and handover support follows the appointment.
